Their main job is to do background check of each candidate what is their qualification, what is financial status, what is their social records, why they want to stand for election, what is their views on progress of this country. Once this committed go through background of each candidate from different party. Then this committee has power to recommend the right candidate for each party and then such candidate can take part in election on behalf of their party. If we do then we can find right candidate, there is checking on each candidate. This is the only remedy for better progress of India. If we do not do this then what we talk is verbalized action on the changing circumstances and it gives us intellectual satisfaction of doing something productive but in reality it is an illusion.
