The price band for the upcoming IPO of Hathway Cables Ltd. is fixed at Rs.240/- to Rs.265/- per equity share. The IPO would consist of 277.5 Lakh Equity Shares, each having a Face Value of Rs.10/- each. The issue comprises of a Fresh Issue of up to 200 Lakh Equity Shares by the company and an offer for sale of 72.10 Lakh Equity Shares by Monet Limited and 5.4 Lakh Equity Shares by MSPI Mauritius India Limited
