Sterlite Technologies Board to consider bonus issue & stock split

Sterlite Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on January 18, 2010, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2009. It is also proposed to consider issue of Bonus Shares and spilt of Equity Shares
