GVK to get 1 board seat on BIAL reports CNBC TV18 quoting Sources. L&T had put 17% stake on block on October 20. RoFR for L&T stake to end on November 20. RoFR is Right of First Refusal. GVK to look at L&T’s BIAL stake post RoFR ends. Zurich Airport to manage BIAL till May 2015. BIAL has 515 acres of land around airport for comm development.
