Norwest Venture Partner buys 8.38% stake in Shriram City Union Finance at Rs 315/sh

Norwest Venture Partner buys 8.38% stake (38.4 lakh shares) in Shriram City Union Finance at Rs 315 per share. Merrill Lynch arm sells 40 lakh shares in Shriram City Union Finance at Rs 315.60 per share and exits completely.

Norwest Venture is a Silicon Valley Venture Capital firm.
