Sobha Developers increase in FII investment limit up to 100%

<P>Sobha Developers has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 04, 2009 has approved to to raise additional capital to an extent of Rs 750 crores and to increase the limit of the investment by the Foreign Institution Investors (FII’s) in the equity shares of the company up to 100% of its equity share capital.</P>
<P>Sobha Developers touched an intra day high of Rs 114.80 and an intra day low of Rs 105 and at 10:27 AM, the share was quoting at Rs 110.60, up Rs 7.55, or 7.33%, trading with volumes of 88,582 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 54,506 shares, an increase of 62.52%. Yesterday the share closed up 4.25% or Rs 4.20 at Rs 103.05.</P>
