US based research firm pegs Satyam’s class action lawsuit liabilities at under $ 100 million reports CNBC TV18 quoting Sources. The research firm says 90% probability of figure being at or under $ 100 million. The court will decide who bears liabilities. The law suit liabilities is likely to be shared by promoters, company, auditors. If top two final bids are within 10% of each other then it will get a chance to rebid. The highest bidder may not necessarily win as it must qualify on other criteria.
