Passari Cellulose’s Board Allotted 12,27,500 Equity Shares

Passari Cellulose Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 12,27,500 Equity shares of Rs 10 at a premium of Rs 5.25 per share pursuant to the in-principle approval obtained from the stock exchange.
