Dena Bank to cut rates on new home loans by 25 bp

Dena Bank is going to cut rates on new home loans by 25 bps from March 16, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting NW18. The bank will also cut the rates on new auto loans by 50 bps from March 16, 2009.

The bank has decided to cut home loan rates, which is in line with the rate cuts by banking major like SBI and others. With the rate cuts happening in most of the banks, the competition is expected to become stiff.
