i have a query,if any one can answer it for me, pl send it to to my email id.
If the husband and wife both are working. the husband is working under Bihar Govt and wife is working under Health Deptt of West Bengal Govt. Wife stays in west bengal and husband stays in Bihar. They are staying separaetd and on rental house.
the question is:
is the couple authorised to draw HRA maximum admissible to both of them separaetdly? Is the HRA of the lady limited to a sum total of maximum of Rs 6000/- of the HRAs of herself and her husband?
if it is so, then why? what does the 5th pay comission of West bengal Govt dictate in this matter?
