RIL Sources say that the company has send GSPA (Gas Supply & Procurement Agreement) for KG gas to 12 fertiliser companies. The company expects GSPA to be signed in the 1st week of March. GSPA subject to final judgement from Bombay HC. The government is yet to provide names of power companies eligible to receive KG gas. The gas supply to fertiliser companies is expected to commence from April 1st week. Bombay HC decision on KG gas is expected by mid March
