Satyam is likely to sell 26% stake to strategic partner reports CNBC TV18 quoting Sources. Satyam is in favour of subsequent open offer of 20% by acquirer. The investment bankers say 12 companies have evinced verbal interest. Sebi to change the preferential allotment norms in line with new takeover norms.
