IFCI still holds Rs 100 crore worth of shares pledged by Unitech reports CNBC TV18 quoting Sources. Unitech has to repay Rs 50 crore to IFCI in June. The land in Chennai has also been pledged to IFCI. The company have disclosed 49.48% of promoter stake pledged as security against loans. IFCI sold 17.5 million shares worth Rs 51.7 crore in January. Unitech took Rs 100 cr loan from IFCI in June 2008.
