Orbit Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 31, 2009 has considered and approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary Orbit Shelter Pvt. Ltd with the company.
The proposed merger shall be subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals as may be applicable.
