Orbit Corporation, the real estate, construction and development company was in the news when it came out with an IPO last year as it created lot of investor interest. And, the similar investor interest seems to be increasing in the counter, which is currently trading at Rs 294.25. The company too is planning to add good number of new projects to be executed over a period of 3-7 years. These projects are st various stages of acquisition and have a total saleable area of 1.95 million sq ft. Sources in the market believe that top broking companies might come out with buy report on this company soon, which might put this scrip in momentum and hence stock can be looked at for medium to long-term investment.
